ICT
“The children are highly skilled in using a wide range of information and communication technology
devices and software to extend and express their learning across the curriculum”. ETI March 2015
ICT in Moneymore Primary School is used to empower pupils develop self esteem and promote positive
attitudes to learning. Children develop the skills of using ICT by engaging in meaningful research and
purposeful activities set in relative contexts. Additionally, through the creative use of ICT we seek to
improve pupils’ thinking skills, providing them with opportunities to become independent, self-motivated
and flexible learners.
The children have a wide range of resources in ICT to enhance their learning experiences.
